In the busiest harbor of Lake Balaton, among the numerous boats that come and go, we can find the Helka and Kelén motor nostalgic boats, built and renovated in the 1880s, as well as participate in various sightseeing, music, or excursion boat programs. In the park in front of the harbor building, there stands a monument erected to commemorate the 100th, 125th, and 150th anniversaries of steamship navigation on Lake Balaton. In 2021, we celebrate the 175th year of Lake Balaton navigation.

In 1997, the city of Siófok erected a limestone statue in memory of the first person to swim across Lake Balaton, Kálmán Szekrényessy, in this place.
