Two years ago, Siófok launched GasztroFok, a culinary initiative designed to showcase the region's rich wine and gastronomic offerings. Within this event, visitors have the opportunity to "taste their way around" the special menus created by participating restaurants, spanning from Széplak to Sóstó, and Kiliti to Szabadi, also involving local producers.

The city leadership's goal in launching this initiative was to reinforce the year-round "Balaton mindset" and to put Siófok on the region's culinary map.
